Collection and Use of Personal Information
Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information (Required)
We value the protection of your personal information and, in accordance with the relevant laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act, request your consent for the collection and use of your personal information.
Regarding the services related to inquiries about Lienjang Clinic or UPIC Clinic franchises (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), I acknowledge the contents of this consent and agree that Atium Co., Ltd. may collect and use my personal information accordingly.
Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
Your personal information will only be collected and used for the following purposes and will not be used for any other purposes.
- Items of personal information collected: Name, related experience, contact information, access logs, and IP address
- Retention and use period: Your personal information will be retained and used only for the period necessary to respond to consultations and inquiries, and will be promptly destroyed after the purpose has been fulfilled.
This consent is required for the essential functions of the Service. Without your consent, the Service cannot be provided.
Matters regarding the collection and use of personal information as required by law, the entrustment of personal information processing for contract fulfillment and convenience, and other general matters related to personal information processing will be governed by the Service’s Privacy Policy.

Article 15 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)
① A personal information processor may collect personal information in the following cases and use it within the scope of the stated purposes.
- When the data subject has given consent
- When required by law or necessary to comply with legal obligations
- When unavoidable for public institutions to perform duties as prescribed by laws or regulations
- When unavoidably necessary to conclude and fulfill a contract with the data subject
- When the data subject or their legal representative is unable to express intent, or prior consent cannot be obtained due to an unknown address, and it is deemed necessary for the urgent interests of the data subject or a third party involving life, body, or property
- When necessary to achieve the legitimate interests of the personal information processor, provided such interests clearly outweigh the rights of the data subject and do not exceed reasonable scope
② When obtaining consent pursuant to Paragraph 1, Item 1, the personal information processor must inform the data subject of the following matters, and must also provide notice and obtain consent if any of these matters change.
- Purpose of collection and use of personal information
- Items of personal information to be collected
- Retention and use period of personal information
- The right to refuse consent, and any disadvantages resulting from refusal
